Built in the 1770s by Washington County's first state senator, the Davenport Homestead offers visitors a glimpse into life over 200 years ago. The site offers a carefully restored main house and numerous outbuildings, furnished with period artifacts such as an antique loom and period kitchen table. The homestead is located three miles west of Creswell, just north of Pettigrew State Park.
Open daily year round for self-guided tours. Guided tours offered on Fridays by appointment.
